Stunning 100% cashmere headband designed & handmade in Hampshire, England.

Your headband will be delivered with tags attached & wrapped in white tissue.
Care instructions:
Hand wash separately in tepid water and dry flat

Once your order has been placed, it will be shipped within the number of days stated on each individual listing.
Once it's shipped, Royal Mail 'aim' to deliver within:
2-4 working days within the UK
5-7 working days within Europe
7-10 working days everywhere else
Please note: these are guideline delivery times and cannot be guaranteed especially during these Covid-19 times. During the busy pre Thanks Giving & Christmas period the number of days to deliver can be significantly higher so please order in plenty of time. In addition, if you are overseas, custom hold ups could delay delivery of your order for up to 4 to 6 weeks. This is out of my control. Royal Mail won't consider anything lost until it's been 60 days, so please bear with me should this happen.
All orders valued over £20 are sent 'tracked' or 'tracked & signed for' and tracking details can be found on your despatch notification so you can monitor your parcels progress.

Returns and exchange details
Contact me with in 14 days of receiving your purchase. I want you to be happy with the product so for successful exchanges or refunds, items must come back unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition. If for any reason I can't fix the item, it will be replaced. I must receive any returned item before a replacement is sent out or refund issued. I am willing to pay shipping one way so upon receiving the returned item I will refund your original shipping charges paid out.
WRONG ADDRESS: If upon checkout you provide a wrong home address I am not responsible for replacing your purchase. Please be sure when checking out to review the ship to address and make sure all the information is up to date and correct.

The color and knitting on the headband are beautiful. A little tight right now but I’m hoping it will stretch a little.

Really disappointed that this didn't meet my expectations. I'm always happy to pay more for a high-quality, durable item, and I would've never bought this headband had I known what I'd get. The fabric doesn't feel like cashmere at all -- it's not rough but it's nowhere near as soft as other cashmere items I have. Not too warm either as there are spaces between the stiches. It's fine if you're standing still but if you're moving or if there's the slightest draft you'll feel cold wind on your ears. I'm surprised all the reviews say this is soft and warm. 2 stars because the delivery was quick and the packaging was nice. Ultimately it's better than having nothing on, but I wouldn't recommend this item. Sad I wasted my money.
